Required ingredients :
- 1/2 cup sliced Carrots
- 1 inch piece of turmeric root
- 1/2 cucumber with ends removed (medium size)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup water
- Step 1: Grab all the ingredients and make sure you wash the fruits and vegetables before you use it.
- Step 2: Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Step 3: Once your done with the blending, strain if you like. Its better to have it unstrained though. Yummy turmeric juice is ready to serve.
