Cold weather is your lip’s biggest enemy. You need to keep your lips moisturized all the time so they don’t dry.
Chapped and dry lips is a problem that can be painful and unattractive. During cold winter, our lips tend to dry more, and that’s why we need to moisturize them constantly. There are many products out there that can help you revive your dry lip, but we have found a more simple and cheap way, and the ingredients you’re going to need they’re already in your kitchen.
- 2/3 tbsp. Vaseline
- 10 drops vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. honey
Put the Vaseline in the microwave for a couple of minutes until it turns to liquid. After the Vaseline is melted, add the vanilla extract and the honey. Honey will make your lip balm shiny. Mix everything good and put the mixture in an old lip balm container or in any other small container. Put the container in the fridge and leave it to cool down. Take the container out and enjoy your new homemade vanilla lip balm. If you’re not a vanilla lover, you can use any other type of extract.
Apply pure coconut oil several times a day on your lips to keep them moisturized.
It’s a great natural lip moisturizer. Apply fresh milk cream on your lips and leave it for 10 minutes.
