How To Prepare Orange Tea For Weight Loss

Green tea- Green tea speeds up metabolism and speeds up fat burning. It also catalyses weight loss.

Orange- Orange prevents fluid retention, reduces cholesterol and speeds up weight loss. It also helps balance intestinal flora.

Cinnamon- Cinnamon is a well-known weight loss ingredient. It burns fat and prevents/reduces fat deposits and helps you lose weight effectively.



Things you need:

  •     1 tablespoon green tea leaves
  •     1 ½ cup water
  •     2-3 fresh orange segments
  •     1 teaspoon cinnamon powder


Place a saucepan on medium heat and add in water. Add in green tea leaves and orange segments.

Add in cinnamon powder and let it simmer for few minutes. Turn off the flame and strain the tea.

Have it warm or chilled, whatever you prefer! Consume this tea every day for quicker results.
