Your skin is very essential for you so take good care of it by nourishing it twice daily with moisturizer according to your skin type. WATER

When you use cleanser massage it into your face for about 30 seconds, it will remove residue of all your skin product and also improve your blood circulation to the face. To reduce the aging process green vegetables and fruits are must. Fruits, vegetables fish and some oils are rich source of antioxidants. Different vitamins and minerals available from the fruit are necessary for healthy skin; like vitamin c is needed for building collagen and vitamin e is needed for cell membrane.

SUNSCREEN
No matter how cloudy or rainy it is outside but still there are sun rays in the environment which can damage your skin. Sunscreen prevents discoloration; it enhances aging process, wrinkles and pigmentation. Do not forget to apply sunscreen 30 minutes before go out. Sunscreen is necessary to prevent your skin from sun damage.

SLEEP LIKE BABY
When you sleep your skin restores itself, so give enough time to your skin to restore it. Everybody knows about the beauty sleep and it is absolutely true and hard to follow.
